Reservation Information:

Our reservationist is available to schedule your appointment from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Our peak hours are afternoons and Saturdays. We encourage you to call in advance when possible. If you are flexible, we are likely to be able to accommodate you on the same day.

We are conveniently located on the ground floor of The Sergeant Jasper Building in downtown Charleston. We have free parking for our customers making us easy access. Click here for directions.

Arrival Time:

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you may complete or update our client form. We strive to keep appointments on schedule so if you arrive late we regret that late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled appointment times. You will be responsible for the full service fee.

Cancellation Policy:

A major credit card secures your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, please allow us the courtesy of doing so by 6:00 pm the day before your scheduled appointment. Group appointments (2 or more) must allow us 24 hours cancellation notice. If you fail to cancel or arrive, you will charged a 100% service fee.


All massage therapists are licensed by the State of South Caroline and insured. All other staff members are certified professionals in the health, wellness and personal care fields. We have male and female therapists on staff. Unless you let us know of a therapist preference at the time of booking, the next available qualified therapist will be assigned to your treatment.

Payment Options:

For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and local checks. All fees are expected at the time of service. There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.


Gratuities are not included in listed treatment prices, but are gladly accepted and may be added to your charge card or may be left with the therapist or receptionist.

Gift Certificates:

Discount Rates:

Information on series discount rates and group programs can be obtained by calling the reservationist at 843-723-7005.

Cellular Phone Policy:

Please turn off or switch to silent mode your cell phone upon arrival. Soft voices are required in the treatment areas.
